DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

All garments are made to order and therefore incur a production timeframe to be made. From the date you place your order, there is a 2 week production time frame, this does not include shipping time. On completion, you will receive a further email confirmation to confirm your garment has been made and shipped. 

For clothing orders we use 'Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For' which takes approximately 2-3 working days. 

For accessories we send everything Royal Mail 1st Class. 

If you need your order quicker than the 2 week production frame time for a certain event or occasion, please email info@harlowcollection.co.uk to see if we can accommodate. 

International Delivery

We do offer International Delivery, please email us before you place your order on info@harlowcollection.co.uk as delivery prices are calculated upon request. 

Returns

Currently everything on our website is made to order, especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer a refund if you wish to return your items. We are more than happy for you to exchange for a different size or to return to us for store credit if unsuitable to use in the future. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, please email us and we will issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days if you believe your garment is faulted and we will be happy to help. 

How to return

  • Items can be returned within 14 days upon receipt of your order. 
  • The items must be received back in their original condition and must be unwashed and unworn with swing tags still attached.
  • Please ensure there are no make up or fake tan marks on the garments.
  • The fabrics used are very delicate, so items must not be returned with snags or pulls so please take care when trying on. 
  • We are not responsible for the return postage costs, so we recommend using a trackable/signed for service to ensure it arrives back to us and always obtain proof of postage. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email to notify that your exchange/store credit balance is being processed. 
  • In the unlikely event you may have a faulted return, this will be processed as soon as we receive the parcel and confirmed via email. Refunds should be processed within 5 days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
